LVP Flooring
Luxury vinyl flooring comes in planks of different width's that can resemble wood or tile. LVP is water and scratch resistant. It offers great durability, longevity, and is budget friendly. LVP can be used virtually anywhere in your home including entry ways, living rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, it can be used.
Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Engineered hardwood flooring can be more durable than hardwood, but is also higher maintenance then LVP. Engineered hardwood flooring is offered in various plank widths. Because the top layer of these planks is real wood veneer, grains tend to be more realistic than what you would see with LVP.

Shower Tile Flooring
Typically for shower floors we want to use mosaic mesh backed tile products, this is so the tile conforms better to a shower floor that slopes toward the drain. Using tile for a shower pan is more expensive than a solid pan but is also offers more desirable styling.

Hardwood Flooring
Hardwood flooring can come pre-finished or be site finished. Hardwood flooring is prone to scratching and denting, to prevent from noticing this, often times clients choose a pre-finished distressed hardwood. Solid wood flooring will last a long time and can be refinished.
Carpet Flooring
Carpet is usually left for cozy areas like living and bed rooms. Some products can be cleaned easier than others, but all carpet is considered to be high maintenance. Carpet is paired with a pad for increased comfort, and this pad can also be water resistant to reduce stains from soak through.
